Shipping Charges

All orders are only $5.00 shipping no matter how many products are ordered within the continental US (orders outside the Continental US will be charged the difference in shipping).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us at Shanooki Apparel. We do all we can to make sure that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of ship date when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable.)

**Shanooki items purchased through ebay are not returnable.

What to do:

*Please note all merchandise must be unused and in the same condition as it was sent out.

Repack the item in the original packing materials and send in a protective package.
